ProxyStat

The set of perl-scripts is intended for calculation of incoming HTTP/FTP traffic and monitoring of Internet user activity. Its purpose: monitoring incoming HTTP/FTP traffic with the purpose of its minimization and for revelation of users abusing Internet access. Scripts analyze log-files of Squid proxy server in the HTTPD format, show the value of total incoming traffic and by each of hosts (users). It is possible to show statistics of any day or for all period. The report is a HTML-page with statistics or a text file. You can see the list of large (for example > 700K) files which were downloaded by users in the report. There are comments facilitating the process of modification/adapting in scripts.
